Roger and his company completed a short but very detailed renovation in our new house. we had a very short time frame in which to complete the work before we had to move in. even though the original deadline was not kept (due to unexpected delays as expected with any type of home improvement project), Roger made sure that the big important stuff like painting, electrical, fireplace redo, and installing new light fixtures and a new over the island vent hood, where completed before the move in day. what was left after that where small detailed finishes that required more time and attention.
All of the professionals that Roger employed where impeccable, very respectful to us and to the home itself, and did their jobs to the highest level even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Roger himself is somewhat of a perfectionist, and pays attention to the smallest of details, and i guess he holds his workers to the same standards.
even though the work took longer than originally expected, we were extremely pleased with the final results, and the pricing, and would gladly work with this company again.

He just finished our downstairs and we are very pleased. We lived in our home while the renovations were being done.
Roger worked with us and was patient with the estimate process as we added and changed some parts of the project. The contract reflected everything that was in the final estimate and Roger met with us in person so that we understood everything in the contract before signing.
His crew: removed popcorn ceiling & paneling, texturized the ceiling and sheetrock, removed walls, added a beam, replaced flooring (installed wood and tile), installed new baseboards throughout the downstairs, installed new window sills, painted all the walls and ceilings, removed carpet on stairs and replaced with wood then stained the handrails & newels and painted the balusters (gorgeous!), added a barn door which was built on site, added can lights in 2 rooms and a ceiling fan and hung 2 light fixtures. All of his crew were talented and hardworking.
His estimate was “spot on” with very few add-ons which were “unexpecteds” that could not have been foreseen. Roger followed up with everything on our punch list and has done several walk throughs.
He communicated with us re: timeline so that we knew when the work would be done, i.e. when to expect workers to arrive and leave daily. The crew cleaned up before they left each evening (3+ weeks) and took trash to the agreed upon on site trash storage that was then taken to the dump twice during our project.
I would highly recommend Roger. We plan on doing more renovations (upstairs) and will use Roger again for those projects.
