Examples of Multi-Family Projects

Unit Turnovers

Scope: Renovation of 18 units, including new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom upgrades. Staggered scheduling allowed for continued occupancy during the project.

Exterior Roof Replacement

Scope: Full exterior upgrade of a 20-unit complex, including new siding, roofing, gutters, and balcony repairs. ADA-compliant entry ramps were also added.

Common Area Renovation

Scope: Complete refresh of lobby, hallways, mailroom, and laundry facilities. Included new lighting, signage, commercial-grade flooring, and paint.

Full Gut Rehab

Scope: Complete interior and exterior renovation of a 12-unit building previously damaged by water and neglect. Rebuilt from the studs out with new MEP systems, drywall, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior paint.
